Congrats Kapara is an iOS application that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized greetings, poems, and messages based on context you provide. The app requires watching a rewarded ad to generate content.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.
• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Congrats Kapara to:

• Generate content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory.
• Generate content that violates any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the app or its services.
• Use automated tools to generate content at scale.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

4. AI-Generated Content

• Content is generated by Google's Gemini AI model. We do not guarantee accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
• You are solely responsible for how you use generated content.
• We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated content.
• Do not include sensitive personal information (passwords, financial details, etc.) in your voice or text input.

5. Ads & Rewards

Congrats Kapara uses a rewarded ad model — you watch a short video ad to unlock each AI-generated greeting. By using the app, you agree to view ads as part of the service. We use Google AdMob to serve ads.

6. Intellectual Property

• The app, its design, and underlying technology are owned by Congrats Kapara.
• AI-generated greetings are yours to use freely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You retain ownership of the personal context you provide as input.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that generated content will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Congrats Kapara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
